Senior Engineer
Responsibilities
• Lead a small team of technical staff in civil aviation engineering project team for technical presales support and system integration project delivery
• Analyze customer and engineering project requirements
• Design sound technical solution and cost proposal to meet respective engineering project requirements
• Implement technical solution for the engineering projects
• Carryout project management work for small to medium size of engineering projects
• Interface with customers/partners/vendors/service providers in pre-sales and during project implementation
• Handover the project to respective O&M team
ICT Engineer
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant ICT Engineer
Responsibilities
• Responsible for ICT related product and technology sourcing, solution formation, internal and external system development, contract bidding and/or project implementations
• To work independently on solution formation for contract bidding from start to closeout
• To work independently for both internal and external projects from start to closeout
• To monitor bidding and project process, resource arrangement and technical matters, and to ensure the successful bidding submission or project deliverables on time and within budget
• To work with team mates to meet working schedule, requirements and resolve all changes/issues/risk that may arise
• To liaise with Product and Technology Supplier, Sub-contractors and Customers for proper deliverables
• To provide professional advice to external/internal customer when necessary
• To ensure all bidding and project activities comply with professional standard
• To maintain proper bidding and project documentation
ELV Engineer
Candidates with less experience will be considered as ELV Engineer
Responsibilities
• Solution design, project planning & project management, planned and corrective maintenance of various electronic systems.
• Manage project teams & contractors for the project / maintenance works implementation
• Ensure good project progress and delivery including system planning, design submissions, factory inspections, site installation works, testing and commissioning activities, defect rectifications, O&M manual and as-built drawings preparation
• Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that interfaces and project works program can be achieved.
Senior Engineer
Requirements
• Degree holder and above in Electronics/Electrical/ Information/Communications Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in engineering projects presales support and delivery for clients locally / regionally in ICT systems, relevant experience in civil aviation related systems is definitely a plus
• Proven project management experience, and possession of government project experience is a plus
• Proven experience in technical presales or consultancy is a plus
• Energetic with passion to drive with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Effective client-facing and good business communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
ICT Engineer
Requirements
• Bachelor degree/Higher Diploma or above in Information & Communications Technologies (ICT) or Electronic / Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• Member of related Professional Bodies such as IET, IEEE, BCS, HKCS is an advantage
• Possession of PMP / Prince2 or ICT / Engineering Certificate is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years direct work experience in solution or system development, contract bidding and project implementation of ICT/Engineering systems
• Solid experience and skills in ICT / Engineering System / Infrastructure System and Projects
• Strong in communication, presentation and documentation
• Detail oriented and able to handle document in professional manner
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related software tools
• Proficiency in Primavera, MS-Project, Microstation, AutoCAD is an advantage
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility and hard working
ELV Engineer
Requirements
• Degree in Electronic or IT / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• For Senior Engineer, at least eight (10) years post qualification experience in the project or maintenance work of extra low voltage (ELV) electronic systems installation.
• For Engineer, at least five (5) years post qualification experience in the project or maintenance work of extra low voltage (ELV) electronic systems installation
• Proven working experience for the planning, design, implementation & maintenance of the Access Control System, Public Address System, Closed Circuit Television System and Trunk Mobile Radio System projects
• Solid experience of managing and supervising a project or maintenance team
• Self-initiative and good project management skills to liaise with various project stakeholders and tackle project issues.
• Independent problem-solving ability
• Able to work under pressure.
• Effective decision making.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Corporate membership of professional body is an advantage
