Client Description
Our client is a local listed sizable property developer, she is urgently looking for a HR Officer and a Receptionist to join the growing team in Hong Kong.
Job Description
- Perform general reception duties including handling phone calls and greeting / serving clients
- Assist in general routine administrative duties such as preparing and filling daily report, arrange maintenance of office equipment etc.
- Responsible for managing and coordinating meeting rooms reservations
- Provide general office administrative support and handle any ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- People oriented with a pleasant personality
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with different levels of staff and guests with tact
- Self-motivated and can work effectively under constrained resources and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
