Receptionist - EW
Client Description

Our client is a local listed sizable property developer, she is urgently looking for a HR Officer and a Receptionist to join the growing team in Hong Kong.

Job Description
  • Perform general reception duties including handling phone calls and greeting / serving clients
  • Assist in general routine administrative duties such as preparing and filling daily report, arrange maintenance of office equipment etc.
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating meeting rooms reservations
  • Provide general office administrative support and handle any ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • People oriented with a pleasant personality
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with different levels of staff and guests with tact
  • Self-motivated and can work effectively under constrained resources and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
