Listed company and famous retail brands owner and operator
• Responsible for daily system operations activities and network maintenance
• Provide IT infrastructure support
• Negotiate and work with vendors on resolving system and network issues
• Prepare workflow documents
• Participate in budget planning, forecast and monitoring
• Other ad hoc tasks as required by supervisor and business needs
• Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-years relevant experience in retails system support (POS, ERP)
• Experience in Retail, FMCG industry and MNC would be an advantage
• Good command in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin
• Can work independently
• Immediately available is highly preferred
