• Routine tasks include user setup and Health check on application status
• First level support to handle daily enquiry/support on application from users
• Troubleshoot applications issues and able to provide guidance to users
• Report bugs and performance issue to the development team
• Assist in user acceptance test, deployment
• Prepare documents, include test plans, user manuals
• Degree holder or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 1-2 years' experience in application support
• Hands-on experience on Windows Server, Dynamic AX, SharePoint, MS SQL, IIS and etc.
• Self-initiated, Multi-tasking and able to work independently
• Good communication and problem solving skill
• Good command of Cantonese and English
