Application Architect / Lead (OutSystems)
Responsibilities
• Set the technical vision
• Responsible for the application architecture
• Plan and manage the development team according to Agile methodologies
• Support Pre-Sales for OutSystems related opportunities & solutions
• Assist the team in handling ongoing tasks as required
• Take ownership of overall delivery quality
• Troubleshoot and debug
• Identify, evaluate and fix application performance bottlenecks
Application Developer (OutSystems)
Responsibilities
• Support OutSystems or Low-Code Application implementation projects
• Design & Develop OutSystems Applications;
• Provide technical and functional support for existing OutSystems Applications;
• Fine tuning – modify program / source codes to accommodate additional input and desired output;
• Conduct systems test and evaluate results based on requirements;
• Responsible for providing expert level assistance to our client using the OutSystems platform to run their applications

Requirements
• A Master or Bachelor degree
• Significant experience as OutSystems lead / Sr. Developer
• OutSystems Certification: Architecture Specialist (OutSystems ), or Associate Tech Lead (OutSystems);
• Professional experience as team leader/tech leader
• Technical skills in web-scale architecture patterns, solutions design, and application performance
• Understanding of Rapid Application Development(RAD) best practices and implementation
• Professional experience in Database (MySQL, SQL Server and / or Oracle)
• Knowledge of or professional experience in front end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET)
• Experience in DevOps and Continues testing with respect to OutSystems
• Excellent communication skills
Application Developer (OutSystems)
Requirements
• Proficiency with web services (REST and SOAP);
• Proficiency in web-based languages (JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML);
• Understanding of full stack development;
• OutSystems Certification: Web Associate Developer or Higher;
• Open to be assigned in Laguna, Makati, and Pasay;
• Ability to pay attention to details and be well organized;
• 2 years of experience building web and mobile applications with at least one year of OutSystems specific development experience;
• 2 years’ experience in the same capacity;
• Ability to do basic data modeling and enforce proper referential integrity constraints;
• Proficiency with .Net or Java Framework;
• Knowledge of the industry and new technologies.
