Sales Director (Workplace / Cloud / PropTech / AV)
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Managing Director, he / she will play a key role of leading and developing IT solutions (Workplace / Cloud / PropTech / AV) and executing the business strategy with an aim to grow these solutions / business for MNC customers in the Asia Pacific Region.
• Formulate and execute the strategic business plan to maximize the business opportunities and meet the assigned targets / KPIs
• Explore and develop new solutions and business models based on industry/technology trend and customer needs
• Learn and gain a strong understanding of the Workplace / Cloud / AV / PropTech / Occupancy Solution
• Drive solution development and establish an ecosystem with Professional Audio-Visual vendors and industries players like Designer, IT/AV Consultants, Contractors, etc, to differentiate our service offerings
• Proactively collect customer feedback and provide continuous support to ensure high customer satisfaction
Senior Account Manager (PropTech / Workplace / Cloud)
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Manager.
Responsibilities
• Develop new business and maintain existing accounts
• Work with internal teams and different parties to drive the business need
• Prepare the sales proposal and presentation to our customers and other related parties
• Build up a long-term relationship with clients
• Able to work independently, mature with good problem-solving skills
Inside Sales Executive (Inbound Customer Service)
Responsibilities
• To handle PO processing, monitoring and sales order management;
• To keep close contact with suppliers for quotation and follow up outstanding PO delivery status;
• To maintain PO, invoice files and related order records such as material, price, inventory and delivery records;
• Provide B2B account servicing and outside sales support.
• Order processing, monitoring forecast and inventory and daily operation.
• Provide assistance to the sales team on daily sales activities
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, order taking and processing

Requirements
• Degree holder of Engineering or Business or Information Systems or related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years’ solid sales / marketing / product management experience, preferably with relevant experience in IT solutions Workplace / Cloud / AV / PropTech / Occupancy Solution
• Strong business acumen with ability to grasp the business opportunities and self-driven to meet the targets
• Good leadership and people management skills with strong project management skills
• Mature, aggressive & result-oriented with excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills, especially exposure in managing senior executive level
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English / Chinese
Senior Account Manager (PropTech / Workplace / Cloud)
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree holder in Computer or Information Engineering or related subjects
• With 2-3 years or above sales experiences, IT solution selling is a plus
• With good relationship and customer base EITHER in Government, Public Utilities, Education or Commercial sector is absolutely an advantage
• Strong inter-personal, presentation and communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proactive, self-motivated, aggressive, customer-focused, with good drive
• Strong self-motivation and commitment to achieve sales target
• Strong selling skills, result-oriented and strong passion to succeed
