Client Description
Our client, a well-known global food company with presences in 12 countries is urgently seeking an Quality Control Officer to join their expanding team
Job Description
- To handle daily quality control matters
- To oversee and manage all specification of our product with risk management approach
- To review and update the processing flow chart and products specifications
- To conduct audit in time according to company requirements
- Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Investigate and handle complaints related to food quality
- Prepare quality control report
- Other ad-hoc project assigned by the management
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in food science or other relevant discipline
- At least 3 years working experience in quality control and inspection, preferably in food industry
- Good problem-solving skill and interpersonal skill
- Be proactive, be responsible, work independently and detailed oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge in HACCP / ISO is preferred
- Good Command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
