Digital Account Manager
Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver strategies across different channels such as SEM, Display and Paid Social
• Lead digital specialists to execute strategy to reach client goals
• Keep track on campaign performance and budget pacing
• Analyze campaign performance to develop case studies, best practices and narratives
• Explore new opportunities to grow client business and elevate media discussions
• Provide professional advice and actionable recommendations to clients
• Participate in client pitches and review meetings
• Act as primary contact point for key clients
Digital Specialist
Responsibilities
• Campaign setup and hands-on operations on Google Ads
• Develop search keyword proposal, ad copy writing and long-term search strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and derive insights for optimization
• Optimize campaigns to reach clients KPIs
• Provide professional advice and actionable recommendations to clients
• Prepare performance review presentations and reports
• Participate in regular review meetings
Digital Account Manager
Requirements
• University degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• 2 - 3 years of digital marketing experience such as SEM, Paid Social or Programmatic Buying. Agency background is preferred.
• Experience in China Channels such as Tencent Ads, Baidu or Tik Tok Ads is a plus
• Well organized and have strong quantitative/analytical skills
• Willing to work in start-up environment
• Passionate in Digital Marketing
• Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese is a must.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Digital Specialist
