Data Centre Supervisor / Specialist
Responsibilities
• Manage data center operations
• Ensure our Data Center archive the KPI
• PCI DSS, SOC, ISO27001, ISO14001, ISO9000 & ISO200
• Manage day to day data center operations
• Making roster plan for resources
• Lead a team of DC operators, supervise their job performance and ensuring jobs comply to process and operation procedure
• Making sure services agreed with customers are fulfilled by the team
• Cross checking the quality of services provided by the team
• Work on improvement/enhancement plan for DC operational task when process flaw is identified
• Coordinate with both internal technical support team and external vendors for scheduled and non-scheduled activities
• Ensure our Data Center is operating smoothly and archive the KPI
• Preparing reports for customers and attending customer meetings addressing DCO related matters
• Attending regular customer meeting as defined in the service contract
(Senior) Facilities Management Technician
Responsibilities
• Manage data centre operation 7x24
• Assist / carry out Preventive and Corrective maintenance of E&M systems supporting data centre operation
• Perform minor E&M installation works as assigned by supervisory staff
• Escort and monitor E&M contractor’s works
• Review vendor’s maintenance reports
• Handle Daily Patrolling in Data Center
• Prepare operation report, management report and customer report
• To perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisory staff
Data Centre Operator
Responsibilities
• Shift duty/ Day-to-day support in 7x24 Data Center
• Ensure our Data Center is operating up to standard
• Responsible for day-to-day support in our 7x24 Data Center
• Coordinate with both internal technical support team and external vendors for scheduled and non-scheduled activities
• Ensure our Data Center is operating up to standard by keeping and summarizing the record of the environmental data
Data Centre Supervisor / Specialist
Requirements
• Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experience in data center operations
• In-depth knowledge on data center operations and processes
• Experience in change / incident management
• Experience in audit process such as PCI DSS, SOC, ISO27001, ISO14001, ISO9000 & ISO20000
• A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
• ITIL V3 foundation certification
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Experienced in leading a DC operation team working on shift
• Able to articulate and reason with customers on arising matters
(Senior) Facilities Management Technician
Requirements
• Form 5 or above, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services Engineering is highly preferred.
• Holder of Registered Electrical worker license Grade B. Grade C and/or H is an advantage.
• 2 - 3 years' experience in Building Services/ Facilities Management industry
• Experience in Data Center / Telecommunication industry is an advantage
• 7 x 24 Shift Duty is required
