Fast-growing securities and financial services provider
• Maintain software and hardware installations/upgrades and IT assets
• Monitor and troubleshooting of in-house network & operations systems
• Monitor trading and investment management systems
• Configure firewall and be responsible for system and server backup
• Manage inventory and procurement of IT equipment and software
• Provide technical desktop computer support to end-users
• Liaise and coordinate with Head Quarter’s IT Team & IT equipment providers
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in system and network support
• Good communication skill in English, Chinese is must, proficient in Japanese is an advantage
• Strong analytical mind with good problem solving skill
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Immediate available preferred
