Client Description
Our client, a multinational high quality and sustainably produced carpet company is urgently seeking a Senior Accountant to join their expanding team
Job Description
- Responsible for full set of books independently, review subordinates’ work
- Prepare month-end closing, reconciliations & various management reports, budgets & variance analysis
- Prepare monthly reports for sales, gross margins, commissions, inventory and others
- Assist in internal controls, policies and process improvements
- Liaise with auditors & various parties to comply with regulatory requirements
- Handle ad hoc projects as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline
- Qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent will be an advantage
- Minimum 7 years accounting experience, preferably with experience in trading and manufacturing industries, some audit experience a plus
- Highly motivated, committed and a good team player
- Good communication and analytical skills, English and Chinese
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Knowledge in ERP e.g. Oracle Financial, with experience of system conversion/ implementation a plus
