Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager (Test Engineering).
Responsibilities
• Work with R&D Engineering to develop product test plan
• Work with New Product Introduction team to develop product test plan suitable for mass production
• Set up test cases and test all aspects of product to ensure production quality
• Cooperate with test engineers to develop test environment and testers suitable for mass production
• Maintain and fine tune testers and test environment
• Prepare test report and test results analysis
• Provide feedback to QA and R&D engineering
• University Degree in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in R&D engineering a plus
• Hands-on experience in Digital, Analog, and RF hardware circuits development
• Strong knowledge of electronic components characteristics
• Good understanding of embedded system
• Proficient in computer control software
• Proficient in labVIEW and other test software
• Familiar with measurement equipment including signal generator, spectrum analyser, DSO, data logger, etc.
• Familiar with production line operation
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
