• Provide full spectrum of administration support to Sales & Marketing Manager
• Manage daily schedule, meeting arrangement, business trips & appointments
• Organize and attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes
• Prepare and draft quotation, agreement, sales order, correspondence and presentation materials
• Screen email and handle external enquiries
• Assist in special projects and perform ad hoc duties
• Higher Diploma or degree holder in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration field
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and English & Chinese word processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Mature, detail-minded, well organized, able to work independently under pressure
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
