Our client, a well-known FMCG group, is looking for Logistics Assistant / Assistant Sales Administor to join their team.
Job Description
- Coordinate with warehouse and related parties to ensure smooth supply

Shipment tracking and update info into the system

Provide general clerical support to daily operation

Monitor inventory level of materials
-
Assist the sampling department on daily routine work, eg. preparing packing list, shipment document etc.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in logistics, supply chain management or related disciplines
-
1 year of logistic or shipping experience in FMCG industry
-
Familiar with ERP system will be a bonus
-
Detail oriented, organized and able to work independently
-
Fluent in Cantonese and conversational in English
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
