Job Description
  • Provide sales administrative support to Sales Managers
  • Handle incoming enquiries through email, phone calls & social media, etc.
  • Provide sales & marketing support to distributors across Asia Pacific region
  • Manage content on company website and social media
  • Liaise independently with US marketing team members to leverage on their resources and capabilities for their work in Asia Pacific
  • Coordinate Asian language translations and proofreading for all marketing materials
  • Prepare sales report for management review
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Min. 3 years of sales and marketing experience
  • Hands on experience in managing external agencies & vendors
  • High fluency in both English and Chinese
  • Detail-minded, excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is a plus
