Leading telecom carrier and IT solutions company / Client: Finance
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Specialist.
Responsibilities
• Lead a 7 x 24 operation team on network surveillance, tier 1 and tier 2 engineering support, on-going Move and Change of customer’s network equipment
• Responsible for the IT service management processes and practices implementation and operations and continuous service improvement
• Deliver technical consultancy as well as documentation on network capacity, performance and utilization report to customers
• Regular review with equipment vendor on Hardware and Software vulnerability and bug and derive recommendation
• Handle customer enquiry on performance of their circuits / networks / component issues
• Develop and motivate sub-coordinates to uplift their performance through training, coaching, teamwork and organizing sectional activities
• Ensure an effective Tier 2 Operation Support especially focusing on incident, problem and change management
• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in electronics, computer engineering or the equivalent, and 3 years’ experience in networking or system integration / support
• Good knowledge in implementing networking solutions
• Good understanding of the IT service management process is desirable
• One or more of Certification of Cisco is preferred
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills, and have a mature, dedicated and self-motivating attitude
• Good customer services and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
