Personal Assistant
Client Description

Our client a well known investment company with presences in Hong Kong, Greater China and UK.  They are now urgently seeking a Personal Assistant to join their rapidly growing team

Job Description
  • Responsible for arranging meeting schedule, business trips, appointment, travel arrangements itinerary and handling personal matters of Top Management
  • Accompany Top Management to attend social events and entertainment functions
  • Flexible working hour – 16 hours per shift x 3 days + 4 rest days per week
  • Occasional business travel is required
Job Requirements
  • Diploma holder or above with good command in English and Putonghua
  • Solid PA or secretarial experience gained with a fast moving and dynamic environment, candidate with experience in airline and/or hospitality industries is an advantage
  • Must possess valid driving license with solid driving experience in HKG
  • Polite and customer-service oriented
  • Mature, presentable, initiative, independent, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
