Job Description
  • Handle customer enquiries & provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare quotation, invoice & related documents
  • Monitor project status & update control record
  • Provide suggestions to uplift service level
Job Requirements
  • Diploma holder in any disciplines
  • Min. 2 years of B2B client servicing experience preferably in Logistics industry
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail-minded
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage
