Client Description

Our client is the leading prestige art handler, & fine art’s storage provider in Asia and one of the world’s leading fine arts specialist. To cope with continues growth they are now urgently looking for Client Service Manager to join the team in Hong Kong

Job Description
  • To lead, manage and perform the day-to-day Service Delivery functions.
  • Maintain customer engagement, manage customer expectation, manage all aspects of the customer service activities between pre-and post-stages of moves.
  • To ensure general accuracy of all CS records.
  • To take an active role in the development of new tools and procedures in order to increase team efficiency and productivity.
  • To assist the Management in recruiting, training, evaluation and development plans for the CS Team.
  • To ensure the CS Team keep abreast of the industry's latest developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
  • To maintain an orderly and timely workflow in accordance with the priorities set forth by your superior.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related discipline;
  • 8-10 years of overall working experience, with 3 years of supervisory/management experience in customer service role;
  • Prior work experience in fine arts/museum/galleries or logistics is a plus;
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead;
  • Excellent customer services and relationship management skills;
  • Proven ability to utilise of CRM platform; 
  • Aggressive, self-motivated and initiative with independent mind;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
