Job Description

• Work with a project team, suppliers, contractors, internal technical staff to run professional services operation in 7x24 basis.
• Manage the 7x24 professional services operation with KPI.
• Provide pre-sales, post-sales and projects support for professional services.
• Provide recommendation and necessary technical advice to customers.
• Fine-tune customer’s solution and related procedures in order to smoothen operation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Computing / Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 7 years working experiences in ICT services provider, ISP or Telecommunications industries for 7x24 operation, inclusively with 2 years experiences in project management.
• Hands-on experiences in any of followings: Administration of Windows Server and related application servers; Administration of Linux Server and related application servers; Administration of UTM / Firewall policies and configuration; Administration of VMware and resources management.
• Knowledge of server and network virtualization, network security are MUST.
• Professional qualification in virtualization, server platform or network security is a MUST. E.g. VCP, MCSE, RHCE, LPI, CCNP, NSE, OCP.
• Experience in IDC or network security operation and administration is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
