• Deliver effective, timely and quality project support across all streams within the “Workforce Identity & Access Management (IAM)” project scope
• Provide support to the workforce IAM Project Manager / BAU support Manager in supporting the project implementation
• Implement enterprise-wide IAM solutions that integrate with new or existing applications using CA SiteMinder infrastructure components – including Policy Servers, Directory Servers, Strong Authentication, and Secure Proxy Servers.
• Perform development, testing and implementation activities related to IAM solutions that meet business requirements, policies, and standards.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on incidents/problems related to SSO authentication, authorization, federation and web services.
• Implement changes related to SSO authentication, authorization, federation, and web services through change management process.
• Administer and support production SiteMinder infrastructure components.
• Document implementation and configuration details of application integrations.
• Write custom code where necessary to integrate a particular application with SiteMinder.
• Work closely with IAM project team to ensure proper provisioning of other systems and users.
• Experience in IAM implementation and support experience
• Hands on experience on CA SiteMinder Policy Servers, Directory Servers, Strong Authentication, and Secure Proxy Servers.
• Experience in implementation, installation, configurations, and administration of Web Agents and Policy Servers.
• Experience on providing federation solutions using CA SiteMinder Federation Service (SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, ADSF), and configuring IDP and SP.
• Demonstrate the capabilities in understanding the clients' business environment and map the requirements into IAM solutions.
• Experience in release management and/or version control will be an advantage.
• Experience in Java development and network infrastructure support will be an advantage.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Demonstrate good team spirit.
• Experience in IAM is required for the technical lead position, candidate with less or no IAM experience will also be considered as senior engineer
