Our client is an E-Commerce company in Fashion & Beauty industry with offices across Asia

Job Description
  • Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process from recruitment & selection to on-boarding process
  • Provide professional advice and work closely with hiring managers in hiring needs and selection criteria for frontline staff
  • Review and develop recruitment policies and procedures, and ensure that the team maintains a professional standard with its hiring services
  • Drive active candidates through multiple sourcing channels and methods to build a talent pool for the company
  • Formulate & implement training and development strategy to support the company’s business plan
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 5-10 years of relevant HR experience in recruiting and training role, preferably in a sizable organization
  • Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese, and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail-minded
