Job Description
  • Implement training & development plans & strategies that aligns with business objectives
  • Liaise with line managers to identify training needs and develop related programs
  • Facilitate brand, products & sales training to frontline staffs and delivering retail management training to store managers
  • Oversee the allocation of stores training resources and the store training feedback process
  • Evaluate the training effectiveness, and conduct action plan for enhancement / improvement
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Business Studies or related disciplines
  • Min. 8 years of solid training / coaching experience in Sales and CS, team management and store operations
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel & Photoshop
  • Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Training Officer
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
