Senior Marketing Executive (Channel Marketing)

 

Responsibilities

 

• Plan and execute marketing programs to grow acquisition and retention revenue in SME and corporate employee segment through various sales channels.
• Partner with internal and external business parties to develop various digital platforms including new online shopping portal set-up and social media to increase brand exposure and enhance customer experience
• Conduct data analysis on segmentation marketing and evaluate marketing program efficiency
• Define customer journey for enhancing customer loyalty
• Support team operations & handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Senior Market Analyst (Data Analytics)

 

Responsibilities

 

• Provide ROI analysis of all marketing campaigns and sales activities
• Design research projects that answer specific business questions
• Work with Marketing team to identify new market opportunities and retention strategies
• Work on market research projects to analyze competitors, determine brand perceptions evaluate market penetration; understand customer needs
• Analyze marketing metrics to identify cause-effect relationships between marketing actions and financial outcomes to increase profitability
• Track, monitor and review social media campaign results to optimize online marketing initiatives

Requirements

 

• Degree holder with 3 – 5 years of working experience in marketing area
• Experience in Channel Marketing with strong business sense is highly preferable
• Exposure in digital platform such as online shopping platform set-upand social media is a great asset
• Highly proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and handle multi-tasks
• Detailed oriented and sensitive to figures
• Flexible, creative and open-minded with interest in technology and fast moving industries
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Chinese word processing

 

Senior Market Analyst (Data Analytics)

 

Requirements

 

• Degree holder in Marketing or Statistics related discipline
• 3 years’ solid experience in Data Analytics and/or marketing with SQL and database skills
• Working experience in telecommunication / mobile / IT industry is preferred
• A marketing expert who possesses a core strength of strategic thinking
• Good analytical skill and detail-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
