Senior Franchisee Executive - Regional
Client Description

Our client, a well-known global apparel company with presences in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe is urgently seeking a Senior Franchisee Executive to join their expanding team

Job Description
  • Cooperate with Headquarters’ marketing team to align corporate marketing objectives;
  • Formulate and implement regional marketing strategies and plans with effective resources allocation to achieve business goals;
  • Conduct market research to understand brand competitors and local customer needs;
  • Ensure global roll out of licensed program to all franchise partners;
  • Secure 100% fulfillment of annual marketing budget spent by franchise partners;
  • Establish the rapid adoption of marketing best practices in all markets; and
  • Provide supports to franchise partners in development and execution of marketing plans.
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder in Marketing Communications or related discipline;
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG companies, marketing or advertising agency;
  • Experience in regional role or franchise marketing support is an advantage;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and ability to foster and maintain relationships;
  • Ability to manage through influence, leverage available resources;
  • Good knowledge and experience in franchise marketing mix strategies and media planning;
  • Good presentation skills and strong business sense;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua; and
  • Proficiency in software application including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
