Job Description

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Human Resources and Administration.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Reporting to Associate Director, Human Resources & Administration, the incumbent is responsible for delivering an effective and efficient human resource generalist function that is aligned with company strategic goals.
• Act as business partner to manage the full spectrum of HR & Administration operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, learning and development, performance management, employee relations and office administration for Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea offices
• Collaborate with the direct manager and HR communities in different locations to plan and execute a variety of global / regional HR projects and initiatives in alignment to the business objectives and HR strategic plans
• Develop trusted partnerships with Managers and Associates and supporting them achieving their goals.
• Ensure successful on-boarding orientation to achieve good candidate experience.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive employee experience where employees feel valued, supported, and engaged.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives to improve employee belongings and retention.
• Nourish an environment of diversity & inclusivity, wellness & wellbeing and engage workforce for talent retention
• Perform projects/initiatives and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or minimum of 4 years of customer service experience in the manufacturing or trading field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese is a must, fluent Mandarin preferred
• Ability to work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
• Strong customer service skills with good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
• Ability to work independently, receiving little instruction on daily work, but receiving general instructions on newly introduced assignments
• Understands basic application of consumer electronic products
• Good computer skills, preferably in MS Office, SAP and Salesforce
• tasking, self-motivated and strong problem solving and analytical skills
