Client Description

We have a number of luxury retail clients, ranging from high end fashion RTW, watches & jewelry to  leather goods & accessories are looking for Customer Services talents to support their business in Hong Kong

Job Description
  • Assist customers with any issues with regards to their enquiries
  • Deal with complaints and escalation process where necessary
  • Provide consultation to customers to meet their needs
  • Coordinate with internal & external parties to meet customers’ satisfaction
  • Handle any ad hoc projects assigned
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in any disciplines
  • Min. 1 year of Customer Serviceexperience; preferably gained from Retail industry
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese & English
  • Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed
