Job Description
  • Perform day-to-day service/support to the customers
  • Understand trends in the technology, digital media, and consumer habits
  • Conduct market research & analysis to convert insights into business initiatives
  • Provide consultation to customers to meet their needs
  • Coordinate with internal & external parties to meet customers’ satisfaction
  • Handle any ad hoc projects assigned
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in any disciplines
  • Min. 2 years of Account Servicing experience gained from digital agency
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese & English
  • Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
  • Multitasking & a self-learner
  • Immediate available is preferred
