Client Description

Our client, an UK based company, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team to cope with their fast expansion.

Job Description
  • Assist customers with any issues with regards to their enquiries via emails or by phone
  • Deal with complaints and escalation process where necessary
  • Provide consultation to customers to meet their needs
  • Coordinate with internal & external parties to meet customers’ satisfaction
  • Handle any ad hoc projects assigned
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in any disciplines
  • Min. 3 years of Customer Service / Call Center experience; preferably gained from Retail / Banking & Finance industry
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese & English
  • Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
