Our client is a leading healthcare company with core focus in promoting holistic health and fitness. To cope with their strong performance and growth in Hong Kong, they are now urgently seeking a Brand Manager to join their expanding team
Job Description
- To formulate brand and business development strategies to define an outstanding brand image, positioning and achieve sales target
- To manage health and skin care product development projects from initiation, planning, sourcing, sampling, testing, design development, pricing, positioning to roll-out
- To manage P&L to drive market share and sales
- To develop ATL & BTL materials to promote the brand image
- To explore new initiatives/ cooperation platform
- To provide product training to the sales team
- To regularly review and measure the effectiveness of sales & marketing plans
- To ensure inventory levels of products are well planned and controlled within reasonable volume
- To analyze business trends and consumer insights to deliver brand sales and market share targets
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or Marketing with a minimum 8 years work experience in Brand Management
- Minimum 3 years’ proven track record in brand management, product development and project management
- Experience in health/ beauty care industry, purchasing and sourcing is highly preferred
- Strong sense of Market-focused with strategic thinking, problem solving tactics
- Excellent skills of leadership, negotiation, communication skills and multi-tasking are required
- Good time management and able to work under tight deadline and over time
- Aggressive, creative, efficient, organized, and energetic
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC knowledge such as MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
