Job Description

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

 

Responsibilities

 

• Accountable for the overall product development & management of maintenance services and IT support services including new idea generation, product planning, business case formulation, product commercialization, service life cycle management and marketing program management.
• Manage vendors, liaise with business partners, conduct market research, maintenance hit analysis, formulate strategies for product positioning and pricing to ensure usability and profitability.
• Business planning, execution and performance tracking of new products/services, managing product development process to ensure usability and marketability of the services, internal & channel communications. He/she is also required develop mechanism to enhance the solution features/quality and maintain the growth of the products/services.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in marketing, business management, or related disciplines
• At least 5-8 years of product/service marketing and management experience, experience in ICT field is more preferable
• Self-initiated, highly motivated, meticulous and result-oriented
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
