Client Description

Our client is a Hong Kong's leading creative events agency with businesses across Asia regions. To cope with their business needs, they are now hiring a Business Development Executive for their expanding team in Hong Kong

Job Description
  • Research new sales opportunities in target industries - luxury, lifestyle, F&B;, hospitality, auto, beauty, fashion and retail
  • Actively seek out and engage new prospects to introduce the Bespoke offering with the mind to increase number of projects and profitability for the business
  • Create a clear system for setting targets, tracking sales and status reports. This system is to be updated consistently and access provided to management team
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule 
  • Supply management with monthly report on customers needs, problems and competitive activity 
  • Keep across promotional opportunities and potential new products and services
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to leads through cold calling
Job Requirements
  • 4+ years proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Must be fluent (spoken and written) in both Cantonese and English
  • Familiarity with CRM practices 
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Great at prioritising, time management and organisational skills
