Job Description
  • Leading a dedicated Technical services team to provide high-quality technical solutions to customers
  • Supervise the team and provide guidance to teammates on day-to-day operation
  • Closely liaise, communicate in providing a professional and prompt communications with client and operational stakeholders on aspects from routine technical service performances to ad hoc project status
  • Implement preventive and corrective maintenance program to ensure equipment are in healthy condition
  • Regular Customer Visit and provide technology consulting support to internal / external customers in promoting customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain the standard service procedures of various projects and programs
  • Prepare annual budget for routine technical support and ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Bio-Medical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in technical service field, of which 4 years at supervisory level
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong sense of responsibility and with customer-centric mentality
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Candidates with less experiences might be considered as Technical Services Supervisor
