Senior HR Consultant (Staff Engagement)
Candidates with more experience can be considered as Assistant HR Manager.
Responsibilities
• Focus on staff engagement, capability building (training & development), talent management, practice building & campus recruitment.
• To act as a HR Partner to drive company-wide staff engagement activities for Group Hong Kong.
• Support talent management, career management and practice management initiatives from HQ.
• To build the workforce with Group Culture and Belief.
• Support annul staff survey exercise and to follow though the post survey action plan.
• Support the talent and performance management cycle, plan & execute people development initiatives, review internal talent pipeline, succession planning etc.
• Participate in learning-related projects and encourage participation for driving a continuous self-directed learning culture;
• Perform other responsibilities and ad-hoc duties assigned by management in order to meet organizational and business requirements
HR Consultant (HRBP / TA)
Responsibilities
• With focus on talent requisition, employee engagement, training, organization development, international assignment
• Proactively involve in the recruitment process from screening to on-boarding to ensure sufficient workforce to support the business growth
• Advise and assist line managers on people management issues to support business operations and cultivate cooperative environment
• MNC background, good interpersonal and communication skills. IT recruitment experiences.
• Good English and Cheerful. Need to be presentable
Senior HR Consultant (Staff Engagement)
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, HR management or other related discipline
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Human Resources with solid experience in Talent Management and/or Organization Development is preferred
• Previous working experience MNC and IT industry is preferable.
• Experience in people management is an advantage.
• knowledge of Talent Management and Organization Development.
• Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, influencing and collaboration
• Good teamwork, positive work attitude and able to work independently.
HR Consultant (HRBP / TA)
Requirements
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human resources or other related disciplines
• Min 2 years working experiences in HR, preferably experiences from IT industry or sizeable companies
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, quick learner with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
