Client Description

Our client is one of the renowned retail brand leader based in France. To cope with business expansion, they are now looking for a highly motivated talent to join their professional team.

Job Description
  • Under the supervision of the Merchandising Manager.
  • Responsible for constant sourcing activities including new product and supplier searching, quality and price comparison, sample comparison, price negotiation, factory evaluation etc.
  • Study all responses from different suppliers by analyzing / benchmark the products for choosing the best offers.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure that orders and delivery are handled promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure the import orders issued by the buyers are taken up within timescales of the schedule for commercial operations.
  • Ensure product compliance with the bill of specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the merchandise being imported complies with the company’s requirements and the regulatory norms.
  • Provide routine merchandising/clerical support.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested by the supervisor.


Job Requirements
  • With F.5 or above qualification.
  • Relevant sourcing experience in Toys is a must with a good supplier database.
  • Previous experience with technical background and cost breakdown an advantage.
  • Willing to do attitude, self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Fair in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Required to travel very frequently.
