Assistant Marketing Manager (Fixed-line) (SME Requisition and Retention)

 

Responsibilities

 

• Assist to develop marketing strategies of fixed line and broadband services to achieve performance targets and leading positioning
• Design appropriate GTM approaches, targeting, best-in-class marketing programs and offers to drive the acquisition performance
• Drive internal departments and or external parties to develop customer oriented marketing program logistics, including program documentation, system setting, sales training, customer communication
• Perform target setting benchmarking, program result tracking and performance analysis
• Conduct regular performance review with sales channels, fine-tune sales approach and marketing programs for hit rate improvement
• Collect customer feedbacks and continuously improve customer communications

 

Assistant Marketing Manager (Broadband/Wifi)

 

Responsibilities

 

• Launch quarterly marketing programs / campaigns for new acquisition, win back and upgrade of ICT solutions
• Prepare monthly in-depth analysis of existing customer spending & line base, market trends and able to draw insight and suggest timely improvement plans and actions
• Contract management & retention: conduct analysis of existing line base revenue by segment and devise customer management approach for retention and upsell with relevant solutions.
• Able to liaise with sales on day-to-day cross products offering & pricing and conduct sales briefings for services & program updates
• Explore possible solution partners to devise solution package and be responsible for vendor management
• Be responsible and accountable for team’s incremental revenue target
• Work closely with marcom colleague on awareness & communication campaigns e.g. seminars, events, collateral production, website content maintenance, etc

 

Senior Marketing Executive (Fixed-line/Broadband)

 

Responsibilities

 

• The jobholder will be accountable for marketing of fixed line & broadband services to commercial customers. The major responsibilities include:
• Assist in preparing marketing plans and strategies for the launch of new solutions & services
• Conduct market analysis on industry specific applications, business needs, gather market intelligence and analyze internal/external data through research
• Execute marketing programs and campaigns, work closely with internal product teams, channels and external solution partners; collect customer feedback and refine programs as needed
• Compile business / program performance tracking reports, competitive analysis timely for management review

 

Assistant Database Marketing Manager

 

Responsibilities

 

• Perform data extraction and lead generation
• Track and analyze marketing campaigns
• Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of databases
• Conduct user acceptance test and communicate requirements to IT department

 

Assistant Marketing Manager

 

Responsibilities

 

• Explore and identify new products and solutions with Product Teams, prepare market intelligence & correspond actions, performance market & sales performance analysis.
• Design and review pricing, packaging and developing Go-To-Market plans for new products.
• Work and collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to define solutions pricing strategy and ultimately win cases.
• Manage and maintain in appropriate vendor relationship;
• Develop full sets of marketing communications materials such as user guide, supplemental agreements, T&C, leaflet, sales briefing & presentation deck;
• Provide training and briefing to sales team;
• Formulate and implement marketing programs and projects; evaluate & review the results of those programs
• Develop customer journey for corporate solutions customers;
• Manage & train up sub-ordinates and motivate colleague as a mentor
• Execution of events organization, i.e. event theme, event rundown & preparation works, co-ordination with other teams, say Sales Team and Solutions Team, invite & collaborate external partners to participate events.

Requirements

 

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant B2B marketing experience, preferable in telecommunications or IT industry
• Strong project management skills, attentive to details and able to meet tight deadlines
• Creative, positive-thinking, good business sense with analytical abilities and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Marketing Manager

 

Assistant Marketing Manager (Broadband/Wifi)

 

Requirements

 

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• 3-5 years’ or above marketing experience, preferably from telecommunication / IT / service industry
• Proven experience in partnership and vendor management
• Knowledge in IT related marketing experience will be a plus
• Excellent in preparing management presentation, data analysis and business intelligence tools

 

Senior Marketing Executive (Fixed-line/Broadband)

 

Requirements

 

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferable in telecommunications/ ICT industry
• Possess excellent data analytical skills
• Creative, self-motivated, good communication skills and attentive to details
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple marketing programs with tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role

 

Assistant Database Marketing Manager

 

Requirements

 

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Data Accessing & Manipulating, Statistics, Computer Science and related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in data extraction
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL Server, SSIS, Excel preferred
• Basic understanding of IT / Telecommunications business preferred
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels
