SAP Global Lead (FICO)

 

Responsibilities

 

• Serves as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with SAP FICO.
• Provides guidance for design alternatives and communication across functional and technical areas of projects.
• Establishes and manages the scope and quality of the areas of responsibility.
• Processes design and/or leads across-board, complex, tightly integrated business processes
• Works with senior IT leadership to establish new and improve existing processes and procedures.
• Leads threads of projects and initiatives to deploy new functionality and/or enhance existing functionality in FICO modules
• Supports and drives the application architecture in SAP FICO and/or influences business process change
• Sets expectations for area of responsibility, establishing priorities, and documenting potential scope changes that may impact project budget
• Partners with SAP Development to coordinate cross-team resource allocation in support projects, change orders, and maintenance activities
• Communicates SAP technical information in non-technical terms to all levels within the company
• Works with external business partners when required.
• Develop procedures to monitor and report on SAP team’s work and performance by measuring customer satisfaction, preparing progress reports, providing weekly status updates.
• Leads Business-IT prioritization sessions with divisional directors
• Assists and mentors less experienced peers
• Other duties as assigned

 

SAP Senior Analyst (MM)

 

Responsibilities

 

• Expert in SAP Materials Management (MM), MRP and Logistics (LE) capabilities. (PRIMARY)
• Expert in design & configuration of SAP MM & LE
• Understanding of Sales and Distribution (SD) processes is a plus
• Prior experience working on BW projects as a functional consultant
• Prior Project management experience - having participated in medium to large transformational projects
• Reviews evolving SAP technologies, assess potential impact, and propose innovative solutions and/or enhancements to existing business processes.
• Provides guidance for design alternatives and communication across functional and technical areas of projects.
• Defines application strategies with IT leadership team and business unit stakeholders.
• Establishes and manages the scope and quality of the areas of responsibility
• Project management in compliance with Shure project methodology
• Processes design and/or leads across-board, complex, tightly integrated business processes.
• Participates in the development of new SAP functionality and/or business process improvement by overseeing project teams which includes preparing charters, budgets, and resource plans to accomplish objectives
• Supports and drives the application architecture in SAP and other technologies and/or influences business process change

Responsibilities:

• Expert in configuration of SAP SD including master data and pricing, order management and processing, delivery, transportation and invoicing
• Reviews evolving SAP technologies and proposes innovative solutions and/or enhancements to existing business processes in SD domain
• Provides guidance for design alternatives and communication across functional and technical areas of projects in SD domain
• Establishes and manages the scope and quality of the areas of responsibility
• Program / Project management in compliance with Shure project methodology
• Processes design and/or leads across-board, complex, tightly integrated business processes.

SAP Senior Developer - Applications

 

Responsibilities

 

• Participates in project blueprint workshops to support requirement gathering, fit gap analysis and preparation of solution alternatives
• Collaborates with the functional analysts/leads globally to design, build and test a variety of SAP objects including reports, interfaces, conversion, enhancements, forms and workflows
• Translates requirements and functional specifications into technical solutions (specifications, tested code, technical documentation)
• Supports performance tuning and maintenance activities as needed and ensures technical solutions meet the performance guidelines and standards
• Supports the study and recommendation of new and existing technologies / features
• Conducts design reviews, code reviews per best practices and established SDLC guidelines
• Proactively monitors and supports the production landscape to address issues in a timely fashion
• Understands the development life cycle both from a project/process perspective and technically to ensure the proposed solutions are sustainable, maintainable and meet business needs

Job Requirements

SAP Global Lead (FICO)

 

Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or Business discipline or equivalent work experience in a relevant business area (Finance/Accounting). Project management is desired.
• Functional/technical proficiency with at least 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 10+ years of global enterprise and/or consulting experience in SAP FI & CO systems implementation and support of a live environment in a Global organization
• Core expertise in various SAP FICO areas such as AA/AP/AR/GL/Cost center accounting/Internal Orders/Product Costing/Profit Center Accounting/Profitability/Analysis/Intercompany/Workflow knowledge/SAP Treasury/Month/Year end support experience.
• Demonstrated work experience showcasing expertise in FICO integration with other SAP Modules (SD, PP, MM, etc).
• Knowledge of workbench tools such as data dictionary and ABAP debug.
• Maintains a current awareness of SAP product developments and trends and determine how they can be used to enhance productivity within Shure
• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
• Ability to determine methods on new assignments and provide guidance to other personnel
• Able to drive the application architecture in SAP and/or influence business process change
• Team player, self-motivated and possess good negotiation, interpersonal and good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-minded with good problem solving and root cause analysis skills
• Willingness to travel to Shure different facilities if needed

• Must have prior experience and expertise in SAP MM – Purchasing, MRP, Logistics execution
• Global implementation experience in following regions - Americas, EMEA & Asia is a plus
• Expertise and proven track record in managing and delivering programs/projects on-time using implementation methodology like ASAP
• Experience with preparing and adhering to budgets
• Ability to work well with others
• Willingness to travel to Shure global facilities
• Able to coach & provide guidance to subordinates
• Expertise in CIF management is a plus

 

SAP Analyst (SD)

• Global implementation experience in following regions - Americas, EMEA & Asia is a plus

• Experience with adhering to budgets
• Team-player, Self-motivated and possess good negotiation, interpersonal and good written and verbal communication skills

SAP Senior Developer - Applications

 

Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a SAP ABAP developer in various roles, with at least 4+ years of that in implementation projects and 2+ years in CRM
• Expertise in Object Oriented ABAP, ALE/IDOCs, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, Forms and interfacing technologies like REST, SOAP services
• Experience to CRM Development frameworks like GenIL, AET and BOL
• Experience in RFC, File, XML and related programming techniques in SAP.
• Knowledge of ITS, Barcode and label printing would be an additional benefit.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC (key modules like SD, MM, PP, FICO), BW, CRM. Exposure to APO, DMS, PLM and WCEM is a plus
• Good communication skills, customer excellence focus and organizational skills.
• Exposure to ASAP methodology preferred
