Job Description
  • Identify training needs & develop training strategies
  • Design & deliver on-going training programs / workshops to ensure company’s standard & value are met at all times
  • Prepare training material & maintain training record
  • Work closely with departmental trainers to evaluate training effectiveness & address performance issue
  • Handled any ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
  • University degree holder with min. 3 years of solid training experience in Service / Retail industry  
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Excellent presentation & project management skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Trainer
