Client Description

Our client, one of the leading lingerie companies in manufacturing and retail business, is urgently seeking a Personal Assistant to support their senior management.

Job Description
  • Perform secretarial and administrative support to Chariman in achieving objective and ensure high quality of work at all times.
  • Screen incoming calls, mails and visitors, gauging their importance, and whenever appropriate, dealing with enquiries with tact and diplomacy.
  • Manage schedule – organize meetings, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements, hotel reservation.
  • Assist in preparing presentations material and reports consolidation etc.
  • Coordinate corporate events and regional meeting when necessary
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder preferred or formal secretarial received
  • At least 6 years related experience
  • Good written and close to native English is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Immediate Available is highly preferred
