Assistant Club Manager
Client Description

A first class sports & recreation club in Hong Kong is looking for an Assistant Recreation Manager to join their professional yet energetic team.

Job Description
  • Report to Department Manager
  • Supervise the team to ensure smooth running of day to day operations in all Sports & Recreation Facilities
  • Organize, plan and coordinate events related to Sports Development, e.g. Sports Tournaments, Festival Events, Children Activities
  • Promote Golf, Tennis and Sports Wellness through availability of participation programs and facilities
  • Develop, manage, market, budget and recruit for tennis leagues, programs, camps & tournaments
  • Develop joint program efforts with other community organizations/ schools/ oversea sports academies
  • Work closely with the Department Manager to systematically review and fine tune all the SOP and rules & regulations on regular basis
  • Provide creative proposal for Sports Development from concept, budgeting, production to logistic arrangement
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
  • University Degree in Sports & Recreation Management, Hospitality Management, Event Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry, recreation clubs or similar establishments, at least 3 years in supervisory level
  • Knowledge and background of the Sports & Recreation & Events Management
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, good communication skills and excellent time management skill
  • Strong project management skills and competent to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Less experience may be considered as Senior Officer
