Client Description

Our client is a renowned food & beverages and FMCG distributor. To cope with continues growth they are now urgently looking for Assistant General Manager in Marketing to join the team in Hong Kong

Job Description
  • Leading the marketing teams and work closely with sales team for achieving sales and distribution target for both existing and new brands.
  • To build up and to maintain good relationship with all existing and new principals for achieving company’s targets.
  • Work closely with principals to formulate strategic direction and appropriate marketing plans and tactics for brand building.
  • To present annual marketing plan and review business with retailers periodically.
  • To keep exploring and propose new business opportunities
Job Requirements
  • University graduate in Business Administration/Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years of experience at senior management level in FMCG industry, preferably in trading house
  • with strong supervisory experience in the last 5 years
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Creative, passionate and communicates well at all levels and possess good analytical skills
  • Independent, result-oriented and able to work in a fast paces environment
