Technical Services Supervisor - Medical Device
Client Description

Our client, a multinational medical company, is looking for a Technical Service Supervisor to lead their team.

Job Description
  • Manage daily operations of technical service team including product installation, start up, preventive & corrective maintenance, repairs and updates, etc.
  • Work closely with internal & external parties to provide business support & secure client satisfaction
  • Provide product training to new joiners & end users
  • Manage inventory level & order progress of spare parts
  • Provide feedback on product and documentation to improve onsite support processes
  • Complete all required documentation that pertains to the job being completed and update all requested and/or required data for data tracking purposes
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Bio-Medical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
  • Min. 6 years of Technical Service experience in Medical Device industry
  • Thorough understanding of imaging systems is an advantage
  • Proactive, analytical, multi-tasking, well-organized and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in both Chinese & English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered Technical Service Engineer
