• MS Exchange Administration
• Possess 3 years hands on configuration, project implementation support and ongoing operation experience to Wintel infrastructure, email and Exchange
• Technical support with hands-on knowledge on email and exchange 2013, 2016 and MDM
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors for project and other technical support matters.
• Perform project, maintenance and administration tasks on MS Exchange email servers, MS Windows Servers, MS Lync, VMWare virtual servers
• Ensure the Exchange & Windows environment protected with latest Security Patch, Endpoint protection, system hardening
• Participate in Email/Exchange and windows infrastructure project planning, evaluation, management, implementation and deployment
• Possess Solid support experience on International Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange server infrastructure
• Experience in implementation and troubleshooting on the Exchange & email infrastructure
• Experience in implementation and troubleshooting on mobile e-mail infrastructure such as Good for Enterprise, MDM
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
