Job Description

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager.


Job duties:


• Meeting sales quota through identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients and ensure customer’s satisfaction through the solutions and services provided. Core solutions focus is cyber security related business.
• Generate new revenue from customers to meet an annual sales, revenue and margin quota assigned.
• Understand customer’s businesses, and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization. Focus on identifying customer’s business challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives through ICT solution sales.
• Conduct high impact sales presentations and prepare sales proposal. Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
• Engage effectively with all levels across a customer’s organization to include all C-level executives, negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels with every customer engagement.
• Work cross-organizationally to co-ordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to drive successful solutions for customers.


Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 10 years’ experience in solutions selling, in the area of system integration that includes application development, infrastructure, network integration, security solution & hosting services and IT systems integration, must have at least 1-2 years of selling experiences in the area of cyber security related products / solutions.
• Proven sales track record.
• Excellent customer handling skills.
• Knowledge in sales/ pre-sales management of IT solutions
• Experienced in managing partners and vendors relationship
• High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result oriented
• Dedicated & excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• To be an independent and resourceful team player with a genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support to internal and external customers.
• Able to travel as needed.
