Job Description

• Working with business leaders and the Marketing organizations to develop marketing plans that drive a measurable impact on group’s business performance in Hong Kong and Mainland China. You are the marketing leader for the Greater China region and a key driving force in business performance.
• Strategic Marketing Planning, Budgeting & Marketing Management
• Craft a practical short and mid-term field marketing plan that is aligned with group’s Field Marketing objectives and addresses local business requirements.
• Develop and maintain a quarterly marketing calendar and KPI dashboard, and communicate the plans with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify the requirement for, select, lead and manage a group of core marketing services vendors who will work with him/her toward the achievement of the marketing promises.
• Provide a monthly report for Field Marketing progress.
• Conceptualize, lead and manage demand and lead generation as well as brand awareness projects
• Identify the requirements of specific clients and drive client relationship enhancement programs
• Identify the requirements for and support the development of effective sales enablement tools; including datasheets, brochures, case studies and presentation materials that support sales, campaigns and other initiatives
• Provide tracking, measurement and reporting on the metrics of the marketing programs and campaigns
• Solicit new client references and testimonials for your region
• Manage the brand identity, messaging, positioning and value proposition. Build and maintain a consistent image and brand across online and traditional marketing channels.

 

Job Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience with field marketing experience in the IT industry within Mainland China
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Marketing
• The ability to establish trust and close working relationship with sales and business leaders is a must
• Experience with marketing automation systems like Eloqua is preferred
• Program management skills and demonstrated experience on end-to-end ownership of a project or program from start to finish.
• Able to travel as needed; up to 25 percent travel per year within region.
• Organized, highly self-managed and motivated
• Able to perform at a high level with minimal face-to-face supervision.
• Takes responsibility and ownership for data integrity and accuracy of work products
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and time management skills
