Client Description

Our client, one of the leading distributors in Health & Personal Care, FMCG, Food Services as well as Cosmetic & Beauty areas, is looking for a Sales Supervisor to cope with their fast expansion.

Job Description
  • Conduct site visit to establish & maintain relationship with new & existing clients
  • Manage both personal & team sales performance & pipeline to achieve sales target
  • Coordinate with marketing team to develop relevant sales & marketing strategies
  • Collect & escalate market information & feedback to the management
  • Provide coaching & mentorship to new joiner
  • Handle any ad hoc projects assigned
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • 3 – 5 years of Sales experience in FMCG industry, strong personal network with dispensaries is highly preferred
  • Self-initiative, result-oriented & able to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
