Client Description
Our client, one of the leading distributors in Health & Personal Care, FMCG, Food Services as well as Cosmetic & Beauty areas, is looking for a Sales Supervisor to cope with their fast expansion.
Job Description
- Conduct site visit to establish & maintain relationship with new & existing clients
- Manage both personal & team sales performance & pipeline to achieve sales target
- Coordinate with marketing team to develop relevant sales & marketing strategies
- Collect & escalate market information & feedback to the management
- Provide coaching & mentorship to new joiner
- Handle any ad hoc projects assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- 3 – 5 years of Sales experience in FMCG industry, strong personal network with dispensaries is highly preferred
- Self-initiative, result-oriented & able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Immediate available is preferred
