Manager - Housekeeping
Client Description

Our client, one of Hong Kong leading property developers, is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to support its newly launched luxury Recreation club and Villa.

Job Description
  • Report to Department Head
  • Oversee and supervise all daily Housekeeping activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop, organize and conduct training to Housekeeping staff
  • Lead the team to maintain high quality standard of service, cleanliness and hygiene
  • Be responsible for assigning daily work duties and rosters.
  • Work closely with Technical and Front Office team for room repairs and maintenance
  • Assist to source and recommend guest supplies to management
  • Ensure guest supplies stock is properly managed and sufficient
  • Assist in supervising outside contractors to ensure contractual compliance
  • Prepare reports and other administrative duties as required
Job Requirements
  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality, Property Management or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in hospitality industry with at least 3 years in the role of Housekeeper
  • Good team player with cheerful and pleasant personality
  • Customer oriented and able to work independently with least supervision
  • Proficient in written and spoken for both English and Chinese. Good command of Putonghua is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Able to motivate the team effectively
