Senior Infrastructure Team Leader
Responsibilities
• Implementation and support of our client’s IT Infrastructure
• Responsible for systems/technical support and administration on network, desktop/server hardware and software, and application systems
• Provide Level 3 support for incidents and problem resolution
• Interact with other team members and other teams to progress projects and incidents
• Lead a team of Engineers
Systems Engineer
Responsibilities

Requirements
• University degree IT / Engineering or equivalent
• 4 - 8 years' relevant experience in technical support and administration for All Windows platforms including Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2019/2016, Windows Server 2019/2016 (Active Directory Administration / Group Policy), Microsoft Exchange Server
• Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching/Firewall
• Experience working with Cisco Firewall/switches
• Experience with virtualisation software e.g. VMWare
• Experience in Citrix XenApp, SQL Server, Data Storage, SCCM, HA Cluster, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services and Cloud based Architectures will be an advantage
• Certificate Holders of CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or MCSE is a plus
• Self-starter who is confident, action and results orientated
• Must be attentive to detail, proactive and have strong troubleshooting skills
• Technical, analytical, interpersonal and organisation skills required
