Operation Manager - SC
Client Description

Our client has been one of the leading and prestigious food suppliers in Hong Kong, with over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing, production, marketing, and sales of food products. They are now seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join the team.

Job Description
  • To support the company to achieve the annual budget and other business objectives
  • To lead and oversee all operations team and liaise with different departments to achieve the operational management objective
  • To oversee order placement, distribution and order management to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders
  • To provide monthly KPI performance measurement report to management team
  • To effectively retain employee with good performance record;
  • To ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures;
  • To maintain a good relationship and effective communication with internal and external parties
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years experience in managerial level in FMCG / Retail / Manufacture industry
  • Able to supervise various working processes simultaneously
  • Highly disciplined, independent, self-motivated, Positive can-do attitude
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Good knowledge in computer literacy
